We are so proud to announce that our very own Armando Pastran has been appointed by the Governor to fill the Alameda County judicial seat vacated by Judge Winifred Y. Smith upon her retirement. Pastran has served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office since 2006. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law. Judge Pastran is the Secretary of the Earl Warren Inn of Court Executive Board. Congratulations, Judge Pastran!
