President: Alexis Krieg, Esq
The President steers the organization and acts as the chief liaison for the Inn members.

President-Elect:  Elizabeth Lockwood, Esq.
The President-Elect will be President during the 2026-2027 term.  This Executive Board Member assists with special projects and attends the Executive Board Meetings to become familiar with the functions and duties of the President and the Executive Board.

Immediate Past President:  Hon. Armando Pastran Jr. , Alameda County Superior Court
The Past President acts as the first backup to the President and aide to the other chairs.

Treasurer:  Garvey Vincent, Esq.
The Treasurer acts as the chief accountant for the Inn's members.  Developing a budget, collecting dues, and paying bills are the main functions of this position.

Secretary:  Gwendolyn West, Esq. 
The Secretary acts as the primary record keeper regarding Executive Board actions.  The Secretary is present at the Executive Board meetings.  This Board member keeps and disseminates the minutes of each meeting to all the Executive Board Members.
