    Vaccination Policy

    ​Vaccinations Required to Attend in-Person Event
    For the health and safety of all members and guests, all attendees must be fully vaccinated.  A person is considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least 2 weeks after receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna) or at least 2 weeks after receipt of the single dose of the Janssen vaccine.  If full vaccination occurred more than 6 months ago, proof of a booster shot, administered at least 7 days prior to the event is also required.  Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination and booster shot.  You will not be allowed to enter the building without showing proof.

    All audience members are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth while inside the theater.  Please note: the performers on stage will not be masked during the program, so no seating will be permitted in the front row, in order to maintain safe distancing.  After the program, please allow our performers to don their masks before freely circulating in the theater.  The maximum occupancy of the theater is 130, but attendance is limited to 60 total attendees.

    At this time, given the high transmissibility of the Omicron variant, proof of a negative PCR or antigen test in lieu of proof of vaccination and booster is NOT sufficient at this event.

    By registering for and attending this event I affirm that I will comply with all CDC, federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives and guidelines related to COVID-19 and attending a large gathering. I also affirm that I have read and will comply with CDC guidelines related to hand sanitation, social distancing, and use of facial coverings for my vaccination status, as well as any requirements posted by the Earl Warren American Inn of Court at or before the event. I affirm that I will follow the more stringent state, local, or venue requirements regarding hand sanitation, distancing, or face coverings in place at the location of the event at the time of the event.

    I will not attend the event if, within four (4) days of the event: I have tested positive for COVID-19; I am waiting for COVID-10 test results; I have COVID-19 symptoms; or I have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has COVID-19 symptoms.​
